When cast by a Cleric who does not belong to a quasiclass, this spell calls upon their deity for direct protection, providing (caster level x 2) points of damage reduction to physical, elemental, and exotic damage types, absorbing a maximum of 3.125 hit points per caster level, doubled with greater, epic, legendary, and paragon spell focus feats in Divination, reaching 3000 hit points.
When cast by a Wizard or Sorcerer, this spell teleports the caster. First casting memorizes the location and later castings teleport the caster to the memorized location and set the memorized location to the point they teleported from. Range is 10m and doubles with every spell focus feat in Conjuration. Legendary spell focus Conjuration increases range to unlimited and even allows to teleport between areas, unless it is a no-port zone.

- When cast by non-quasiclass Clerics, becomes Commune, which calls upon the Cleric's deity for direct protection. This provides (CL * 2) points of damage reduction to all damage types, absorbing (CL * 3.125) HP before collapsing. GSF, ESF, LSF, and PSF Divination double the number of HP absorbed at each step, resulting in PSF Divination granting (CL * 50) HP of protection.
- When cast by a Wizard or Sorcerer, becomes Translocation, which teleports the caster. The first casting of the spell (or the !gateset command) will set the location to teleport to, and later castings will teleport the caster to that location and set the target location to the point teleported from. Range is 10m, doubling with each Conjuration focus. At LSF Conjuration, becomes unlimited range and can port between areas as long as they are not no-teleport.
